Kids & Quilts
Trudy Coker, our Community Service Committee Chair and a teacher at Red Oak Jr. High, told her students about these quilts and the kids wanted to make them as well. On Veteran's Day, Trudy's students held an assembly and the kids donated their quilts to Lori for delivery to troops by Christmas. Thanks to the combined effort of area guilds and Red Oak students, Lori was able to deliver over 200 quilts to troops during the Christmas holidays.
